Do you offer bulk ordering for parties/events or corporate packages?

Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Please ensure to make any changes before
the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

How do I change my address or cancel my subscription?

update your address, update your billing, or cancel your subscription. If you have

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is
listed correctly on your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot
modify or cancel the order.

Shipping/Delivery Questions

When will my first box arrive?

If you are a new customer, your first box will be shipped within a few days
after you complete your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your
location, but you can expect it within 5-7 business days after shipping. For
recurring/subscription orders, all boxes will ship the 1st week of the month.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding
our shipping options, so please check back for updates or contact our customer
service at customerservice@verymexicanbox.com for more information.

What if my box is damaged or I receive the wrong items?

If your box is damaged or if you receive incorrect items, please contact our
customer service team at customerservice@verymexicanbox.com within 7
days of receiving your box. We’ll be happy to assist with replacements or
refunds as needed.

Returns/Cancelations Questions

Can I cancel my order?

Most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. If it has already
shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. If you would like to cancel your
subscription, you must cancel before the renewal date has passed. Once the
subscription order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be
returned for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, we do not allow returns or
refunds. All sales are final.
